COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL SIZING
We are pleased to offer an initial sizing adjustment free of charge for rings, necklaces (up to 4 cm), and bracelets (up to 2 cm), subject to the technical feasibility of the gemstone setting.

ADVANCED RESIZING
For adjustments required after the initial sizing, or for complex modifications, services need to be discussed on a private appointment.

Your jewelry is a physical time capsule. To ensure it endures a lifetime, our expert craftsmen offer restoration services to return your masterpiece to its original state.

BRILLIANCE & POLISHING
Over time, everyday wear may leave surface marks. Our shining service delicately buffs your piece to restore its natural glow. For deeper wear, a full polishing service is available. (To preserve the integrity of the gold, we recommend polishing a creation no more than three times during its lifetime).

RESTORATION & RESHAPING
If your piece has been misshapen, our artisans will carefully restore its original silhouette, subject to the technical limits of the setting.

STONE REPLACEMENT
Should a gemstone suffer damage, our specialists will source a fitting replacement to honor the original design.

*General care and restoration services begin at AED 799 (excluding the cost of replacement gemstones). Please allow a minimum of three weeks for complex restoration.
