These Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of high-jewelry creations by Dar Phattapaphon Asha Jewelries LLC., registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“House of Asha”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the website www.houseofashaofficial.com (the “Website”). These sales are available exclusively for deliveries and purchases within the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter, the “Territory”).

Your use of the Website to purchase creations indicates your explicit agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms detail how we will provide products to you and what to do in the event of a manufacturing defect. If you do not agree with any term in these Conditions of Sale, please do not place an order through the Website.

Only individuals who have reached the age of majority (eighteen years of age) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts may place orders for Dar Phattapaphon Asha Jewelries LLC. jewelry items. Orders are intended for personal use only; commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

Due to the absolute scarcity of our brand, every creation is strictly an exclusive masterpiece. Therefore, all orders are subject to real-time availability. It is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your Shopping Bag accurately reflects your selection. Dar Phattapaphon Asha Jewelries LLC. reserves the right to require verbal or WhatsApp confirmation of orders via our Customer Service prior to processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, particularly in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

To process a purchase, you must select the jewelry you wish to acquire and proceed to checkout. Clicking the “Place Order” button constitutes a binding offer to buy the selected item.
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt. Please note that this acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between us is only legally formed when we send you the official “Order Confirmation” email, verifying that the jewelry piece has been secured for you, payment has cleared, and dispatch is being arranged. Dar Phattapaphon Asha Jewelries LLC. files electronic evidence of all transactions, which shall be treated as absolute proof of the transaction details.

The prices of Dar Phattapaphon Asha Jewelries LLC. creations are indicated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), inclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and complimentary white-glove delivery within the Territory.

We reserve the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the exact time your order is placed. The amount of the purchase price will be authorized and blocked on your credit or debit card upon placing the order, and captured upon order confirmation.

We accept premium, secure payment gateways including ApplePay, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.. Orders with a shipping address outside of the UAE Territory will not be processed online.

Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered within the UAE. We provide complimentary, fully insured White-Glove Delivery.

Please note that PO Boxes and BFPO addresses cannot be used. Deliveries to hotels or corporate buildings will only be handed directly to the purchaser named on the order, never to reception desks or third parties. Delivery generally occurs within 1-2 working days following the Order Confirmation.

Upon delivery, signature confirmation by a person who is at least 18 years of age, matching the name on the order and verified by a valid Emirates ID or Passport, is strictly required.

In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations, House of Asha accepts returns exclusively in the event that a product is delivered with a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage.

If you believe your item presents a manufacturing defect, a formal claim must be submitted to our Concierge within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Defect Evaluation:

The item must be in its original, brand-new, unworn condition.
The House of Asha tamper-evident security tag must remain perfectly intact and affixed to the jewelry. The removal, tampering, or alteration of this security tag immediately and permanently renders the item ineligible for return under any circumstances.
The piece must be returned in its original velvet packaging, inclusive of the original sales receipt and the wax-sealed Certificate of Authenticity.

The Resolution:

All authorized returns are subject to a mandatory Quality Assurance (QA) inspection by our master jewelers. Upon official confirmation of a genuine manufacturing defect, House of Asha will undertake the necessary repairs. Should a repair be deemed technically unfeasible, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

(Please note: Natural inclusions, internal characteristics, and minor variations in gemstone color are inherent to naturally sourced earth stones. These are the identifying signatures of a 1-of-1 piece and are expressly excluded from being classified as manufacturing defects).

House of Asha provides a limited two (2) year International Warranty from the original date of purchase against genuine manufacturing or structural defects, provided the claim is accompanied by the original Certificate of Authenticity.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, superficial scratches, accidents, mishandling, negligence, or loss/theft. Crucially, this warranty is immediately rendered void if the item has been subjected to unauthorized alterations, resizing, or attempts to repair by any third party outside of the House of Asha atelier.
